Northwestern Medicine Commissioned MEPIS, in partnership with Gensler Architects for the build-out of a 70,000 square foot, seven-story garage and medical office building in Oak Brook, IL (core and shell by others). The building will house an imaging center and immediate care center on the 1st floor, parking garages on floors 2-4, and medical clinics and offices on floors 5-7. MEPIS is providing full MEP/FP for the buildouts, including telecommunications and technology (nurse call, A/V, security) and lighting design.
The building will include a 1500kVA electrical service with 200kW diesel backup generator, a 15HP fire pump, two (2) 38k CFM rooftop units, and an 8” incoming water service.
