This project included the core and shell design and construction of a new 10-story mixed-use office, retail, and performance venue building in Parcel C.1 of the Lincoln Yards South development. The entertainment venue included a 100,000 sqft performance space, lounge/VIP spaces, below grade parking and loading, plus two levels of additional retail and entertainment spaces totaling over 70,000 sqft. There will also be a 5,000 sqft roof terrace adjacent to the venues. The office building consists of 380,000 sqft of office space on 10 floors, conference spaces, mixed-use retail, parking, plus two additional roof terraces for office tenants. MEPIS provided Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and Acoustical Consulting services for this project. The Acoustical scope included building enclosure sound isolation of the large performance venue space from an adjacent future residential building.
