MEPIS was commissioned to assess the current condition and capacity of the existing MEP/FP systems at Philip Rogers Elementary School. The assessment was to determine whether these systems can be extended to support the new 29,858 GSF programmed Annex or replicating the systems if the extension was not feasible. Upon completion, a Schematic Design of the Annex was developed based on the assessment’s findings and recommendations. The Annex was a linked two-story structure which included a new classroom with additional storage, a lunchroom, and an elevator with building support spaces.
