MEPIS was commissioned, in partnership with Middough, for the renovation of kitchen equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers. The Mechanical scope work included R&R of the existing exhaust hoods and fans. BAS system (building does not have an existing BAS system; electrical (recommendations)) new frost-heave prevention system, 40 new vapor-proof light fixtures at new coolers and freezers, new condenser/compressor for each new cooler and freezer.
