MEPIS was commissioned to assess the current condition and capacity of the existing MEP/FP systems at McDade Classical Elementary School. The assessment was to determine whether these systems could be extended to support the new 9,000 GSF programmed Annex or replicating the systems if the extension was not feasible. Upon completion, a Schematic Design of the Annex was developed based on the assessment’s findings and recommendations. The Annex was a linked single-story structure which included a new science lab and one new art classroom as well as a new gymnasium.
