MEPIS has provided A/E services to PartsTown for over five years. We have partnered with them on numerous projects over their growth from a 50+ person company when we began working together to their current 600+ employee operation. Over that time, we have provided them with A/E services for projects ranging from the build-out of a 200,000-sf distribution center, installation of a fully automated and robotic distribution system, build-out of a 90,000-sf office space, renovations of multiple spaces including the MDF, fire pump, and emergency generator systems. PartsTown has selected us to be their primary A/E team and we have provided services including full design and permitting, to structural engineering, material testing, electrical studies, feasibility studies, and general planning. As a valued client, we have served PartsTown on an on-going and on-call basis so that they receive rapid and coherent support from our team.
