MEPIS was commissioned by Gensler vis-à-vis O’Hare International Airport to provide Electrical engineering support for the installation of 11 biometric kiosks for International Terminal 5.
Six (6) verification kiosks were placed near the bag screening area, and five (5) enrollment kiosks were placed at the entrance of terminal walkway. Each set of stations required a new metered subpanel and electrical connections, along with a dual-channel raceway for power and data.
